Card f6c816.

ToggleInput + DrawCollapsed had zero callers — deleted.
getLineHeight/getColorForPriority were duplicated across ChatWindow/DrawChatWindow (identical semantics at font 14+4). DrawChatWindow exports both; ChatWindow now calls the shared versions so they cannot drift (priority color vs GuiConfig.ErrorColor was already drifting post-#1314).

Verified: per-file luajit clean.
