Card fbb70a — real data-loss: Save & Update overwrote live GLOBAL_OptionsTable + disk with a require-time snapshot (reverted key rebinds/theme/toggles written since load). Now mirrors DrawGameOptions: FILE_* values written INTO GLOBAL_OptionsTable, then saved.
