Card c014ac — analyst Rec A. Pause-opened Options/Save windows had no back affordance (Esc-only, undiscoverable). Right-aligned localized hint in the shared header (DrawOptions) and title strip (DrawSaveGames), gated on GLOBAL_ClientStage == "Game" so standalone menus (back button) and title screens stay unchanged. Merge-note: locale-table insert conflicts trivially with #1358 — whichever lands second rebases.
